  The employees are poorly trained and the whole store is a rip off...... save your money and go to Walmart!

  If you like the run around and standing in a line 15 minutes before directed to .a different line. Then figure out where pickup line is to be told to go back to original line. Sad service

  We purchased a pinata for the first time here. It was $20 not a horrible price but I've bought cheaper. At party it broke after one 4 year old hit with a soft bat. Company said they could do nothing because it was broke. 14 upset children....

  Expect to get no customer service, search everywhere for what you are looking for because the store is always in such disarray, not find what you are looking for because "they are waiting on a shipment", wait in a really long line to check out, then have your purchase fall apart in the first few minutes of using it. And, of course, they can't exchange your item because it isn't in stock anymore. No balloon pumps at a party store? This has happened to me multiple times at this store. Attention Party City corporate, you need to send some help over there!
