  Not enough cashiers or help on the floor. Only ONE cashier at the register on a Monday afternoon. Waited in line for over 15min. There was only one person ahead of me. Will not return.

  This place reminds me of McDonald's. A bunch of little kids that don't know what the hell they're doing! Placed an order paid for it and when we go to pick it up nothing was ready at the time they said it would be plus our order was missing a bunch of stuff. So, back in line to redo all I already did and I'm in a hurry! SMH Party city has gone to shyt!!! I will never go there again! From now on it's Casa de Los locos!

  I called and they told me they open at 10:00. When I got there the sign showed they opened at 9:00. Young employees need more training on how to speak to customers. Can never find anything. Employees themselves say they don't put merchandise back where it goes.

  Worse costumer service I will never come to this store again... Need to do better at hiring people.
