Absolutely awful experience. There is a line of 15 people. One cashier and the two other cashiers left. One to do paperwork and the other to unload an incoming truck. This is at 2pm weekday. Never had this lack of service.

Does not carry the girl dog Skye from Paw Patrol but has a large selection of the boy dog items. Just a suggestion for Party City in general to widen your selection of the brand being that the girl character Skye is very popular.

Constantly understaffed and overbooked on orders. Have never been able to get an order done on time.

I was placed on hold and remained on hold for 18min. All I wanted was for them to search a SCU number for me so I could determine if they even had in stock what I was looking for because the Western location didnt have it. While I was on hold, I decided to drive from the Western location to the Fullerton location. I remained on hold as I walked into the store to see one associate filling balloons while 3 other associates were goofing off around the employee/office door. Still on hold one of the associates came behind the counter and prompted for the next guest. I walked up pointed at my phone and said "I've been on hold with you for 18min" she replied "what do you want?" This is an appalling response. An appropriate response would be "I am so sorry that happened, how may I help you?" I work in customer service and can tell you a dozen things that went wrong in my brief encounter here. It's reasons like this (amongst others) that brick and mortar stores won't survive. Why more consumers are skipping the middle man and shopping online. I certainly would have preferred to deal with Amazon Prime, than the associates at this location on this given day. Very disappointing.
