  there was this emo girl and she was very weird she had a monstor everytime and always rude to me she also gave me discount.

  This store imparticular always had slow service. Unfriendly management. At least acknowledge People standing waiting on their balloon order, "we'll be right with you" something!!! One cashier for a whole line of customers. 2 working on balloons and one allowed to clock out and leave.. Really? Come on party city, step up your game.

  My last visit here I was on my way to a Harlem Nights 1920s masquerade Christmas party and they had every single thing that I needed! I won first place and I owe it all to you party city. Thank you for being very detailed and creative in costume custom designs! Can't wait to see what I come up with next year and when I do I will return right here to this store.

  There was a good selection of nice New Year's party items here. I wasn't thrilled with the customer service at first because all the personnel were concentrating on one couple. Once they saw several other customers in line at the empty cash registers, they stepped up and got us through.
