  I call to get info about how to return items that I got online. I Never get the info, Manager was busy and the person who answer the phone didn't have any idea about what she was going.

  Not my favorite, they have lots of things, but they need more staff, specially friendly and helpful people who are not checking their personal phones while you try to ask them for help.
