  My experience has been consistent and pleasant throughout. Dr. Salha is very personable and does a great job at putting you at ease to make procedures as painless as possible. He explains everything thoroughly beforehand and keeps you updated along the way. Definitely recommend going here for your dental needs!

  Called to make an appointment and receptionist said they take my insurance. After I see dentist and he takes x ray he tells me he is out of network and needs $1,200 out of pocket for procedure. So I leave and I ask the receptionist to write me a doctor's note for school bc I missed class for the appointment, she insists she can't write me a note until insurance pays for x ray. I told her insurance has nothing to do with a doctor's note, and she screams "WHOSE GOING TO PAY ME?" I politely tell her that her boss is paying her, and she told me to come back in 24hrs so the insurance goes through. I can't speak for the dentist, he seems like a nice guy, but I would avoid this place just not to deal with the receptionist again. She seems angry at the world.

  Dr. Salha is a fantastic dentist and medical care provider who truly doesn’t just treat the disease/problem but the whole person. To put me at ease when I was going in for painful procedures (root canal, fillings), he spent a lot of time fully and carefully explaining to me what he was going do. The procedure itself was as painless as possible—I really didn’t feel a thing when I was in his chair and had only minimal discomfort when I left. After the procedure, he followed up with me personally to see how I was doing. Dr. Salha, Linda, and the Parsons’ team make going to the dentist’s office one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had with a medical care provider. I highly recommend them!

  Once again, Parsons Smile Center has done it again. Their exceptional customer service not only in the hot seat, but in the waiting area provides me with such an amazing experience! Always a pleasant time getting a cleaning. Can't wait for my ZOOM teeth whitening appointment! Thanks Dr. Salha !!!!

  "True Gentlemen, Prompt, Honest, Reliable and Most Importantly Professional Doctor" I have been going to Dr. Salha at his Flushing, NY location for over 10 years. Since day 1 this Dentist has been the most honest and caring in his profession that I have ever met. Being a small business owner myself I pay attention to the small details and he has all the right stuff. From his office staff to his equipment to his personal approach towards his job. I will follow him wherever he goes and that is the honest truth.
