  Love the food and the best Horchata! While their is live guitarist at times, watch out. He charges $5 for a song request but doesn't tell you up front. The food is awesome so I still go.

  Been going here for 20 plus years still amazing as day 1 wish they would learn how to manage the service better but the food is amazing once you get it

  This was a very good find in Phoenix. Authentic food, good service, very cozy comfortable place. The Albondigas was terrific as was the Tioponcho pork!!!

  I wish I could give a better review. The food was awesome and would have earned a 4 or 5 by itself. However, the service was awful. Our waitress could not have been more aloof and of poor attitude if she tried. We waited and waited for basic stuff and when we reminded her she acted annoyed. At one point, I motioned for her. She gave an annoyed gesture as if to say one second. Ten minutes later, I went up to the counter to get her attention. A message to this lady: If you hate your job so much, quit. Plenty of people would be happy to take your spot and offer reasonable, friendly service.
