  Worst place ever to live. The house is full of bedbugs, roaches, mice and a lot more insects. And the workers in the office are very rude and answer people with attitude. Also thieves and drunk do live here.

  This place is nasty only ppl that say it a good place is the ones who love to live with bed bugs,lots of mice and thousands on roachs.The managermebt is nasty ur friends and family can't even get a visiting pass to park overnight....I'm report this place to landlord and tenant.

  The dirtiest place in the world and waste of your money. Full of mice cockroaches and bedbugs..... yesterday from second floor all their dirty water was coming down to my house from the roof I called to the leasing nobody answered. I wish there was a ZERO number to rate this nasty apartment.... It is my experience, before going to some apartment review the comments and the decide to move that apartment.

  Their management is very very very poor. The morning shift manager, she is very rude and she is thinking that she created the United States of America and others people who came to the United States are just trash and they don't know nothing, but in the reality she is also refuge to the United States and acting like she is native American. She is not listening what your needs and even during talking she is jumping to other coworker and kept busy with him or her which against the customer policy and direct insulting the tenants. All apartment are full of cockroaches, mice, rots and many more insects. I'm strongly recommend those who want to move here please don't waste your money on these apartments even not worth to spend a single day here. Some time they knock your door even at 8:00 am and saying hey man I need to check the kitchens pipe because it is leaking down what the hell you woke me up and I worked all night and I need to sleep. I'm telling you guys they don't know nothing except of to collect money from us. To Parkview Garden Apartment management: please teach some customer service to your employees and tells to your maintenance team don't ring or knock the door to tenants before 12:00pm. Thank You so much

  Their apartments are full of bed bugs, cockroaches and mice. Not only that their office employees and specially the manager attitude is really rude.
