  Waited until 720am and they still weren't open. Very unreliable.

  Said they'd be open at 7:00am, got there at 7:15am and the gate was still down. No sign of anyone near it. I called later, the guy who answered claimed he was there at 7. You're in the customer service industry and you a) weren't open when you said you were and b) lied about being there when I was standing in front of the shop and everything was closed. Horrible service.

  They've been reliable for me, I've been a half dozen times. Once they forgot about a shirt I brought in with my suit but at least they got it by the first thing the next morning. They do repairs and alterations too. They fixed a zipper overnight for me. Great service.
