::K. Alexander is a totally rude person. Everyone that works in this facility is disrespectful, rude, and judgemental. I got blamed for something i did not do and threatened. I was harassed and am going to make a FULL complaint about this. Very unprofessional.

::The City of San Diego is beautiful, and so is California overall. It is not worth the trip however. The Government has too much power and regulation. Absurd and ridiculous fines, rules, regulations, laws. You want to draw more people to your city and state? Here's a suggestion, stop fining your visitors. I was fined for failing to turn my wheels toward the curb on a hill (automatic transmission 2017 mustang with e-brake engaged). I'm sure that brand new car will roll down the hill with that situation. You have received the last dime of my hard earned money you will ever receive. I recommend Florida, Texas, Arizona, South Carolina, North Carolina. These are beautiful places with much fewer regulations and fines. It'll be worth the trip elsewhere.

::What a racket. Paid parking citation 3 days late and I get back from out of town and citation is not only doubled in price but now an additional $10 as I am late from being out of town!! When I called I asked to speak to a supervisor and they "disconnected" me when transferring me . I will pay but sure feel bad for others who cannot afford it. Total racket!!
