  Great food with fair prices... because of the large quantity everything comes in, you won't be hungry after Any of their dinner boxes and the taste and flavor is also really good... The employees are friendly and deserve their tips. Wonderful classic drive in experience, need these nationwide. I highly recommend basically anything on the menu as I've tried most of it, but the colossal car crash is Beyond Incredible... I'm 130lb guy and I eat like a linebacker, and this place makes me happy to pay for the quality I get.

  It's a Lexington institution! Whether eating as drive up (with the tray your car door) or the retro decor of the dining room, you'll get a great meal for a good price. Wait staff are amazing. Burgers are super. The hot brown is soooooo good. Step back in time enjoy this great burger joint.

  Parkette is a place of local legend that offers good old fashioned American classics served with a heaping side of nostalgia. Their burgers are big and tasty and their fried chicken has been ranked as some of the best around. Also, how can you not like a place that serves most everything with gravy? Their fish isn't as good as one might expect but still isn't bad. It just doesn't stack up to the other menu items. On the nostalgia front, one can order from their vehicle and be served by a car hop or go inside to a traditional diner complete with jukebox. One also has the option of eating in the newer garage area that has a neat ambiance of its own where the doors are opened on the days the weather is beautiful. Parkette does it's food and accompanying nostalgia well, not because it is a copy of that era but instead because it is an actual part of it. It should be experienced by anyone visiting, and of course living, in the Lexington area.

  Awesome desserts. Our party of 4 tried 4 different ice cream desserts and they were all great. The owners daughter was our server and she was awesome. Could not ask for a better experience. Drove from Louisville to try it and will definitely come back.

  The atmosphere at Parkette was warm (a great thing considering the cold time of year) and welcoming. The host didn’t bat an eye when I told him we were expecting a large group like a lot of restaurants would. The waiters and waitresses were very friendly and accommodating. Great senses of humor and very patient while we were waiting for everyone to arrive. The food was delicious and exactly what I expected for a diner/drive-in.
