  This review is for at home catering drop off. We were going to be celebrating my daughters first birthday and the thought of cooking for 15 people was daunting. That and not being able to interact with our guests. I found Parke5 through some internet research and decided based on the menus posted online to inquire. Ryan was very friendly, flexible and answered my many questions. The day of Ryan came and dropped off the catering. He setup all the the stands, filled the trays with water, provided sternos and went over what was what and when to heat things up. He also provided some paper plates and plastic utensils. My mother-in-law gave him a hug and kiss as he was mistaken for a relative. Appetizers: Crab cakes with an Aioli dipping sauce Beef Teriyaki Sesame Chicken (not Chinese takeout style) Pulled Pork sliders (they had a nice light smoke flavor) Salad: Spinach mix with crispy onions, ham, fennel? with a Champagne Vinagrette. Main: Honey Lime Chicken with pineapple basmati rice Chimichurri Shell steak over potato puree with onions Everyone one loved everything. It was so delicious. We will definitely be calling Ryan again very soon. Don't hesitate to use his services!
