  Wow humans exist. Nelson assures u from beginning to end. Help me on couple occasions from replacement vaccumms, fixing vaccumms, helping with warranties. He even fixed what other vaccumm places broke or messed up. 5 stars all around. Thank you Nelson....

  I thought I’d have to replace my vacuum – the cost of parts seemed almost equal to the cost of a new one. I brought it to Nelson at Park Ridge Appliance, and now it’s as good as new (maybe better) at an unbelievably low cost (and there’s one less vacuum on the trash heap). I highly recommend this business for any repair.
