  I went to the ER here with chest pain, a very serious concern seeing as I'm an athletic 23 year old person. In addition I had some other symptoms. When I finally saw the doctor he said that I was depressed and he didn't want to bother running tests because my doctor should be doing that. But he agreed to do an EKG for my peace of mind which he assured me would be normal. Well, it wasn't. He didn't explain further, didnt do any other tests at all. He simply told me I had an abnormal EKG and sent the nurse in with discharge papers. I'm dumbstruck. Never in my life has an ER doctor been so callous and just, well, stupid.

  We are trying to make an appointment and have been on hold for over 45 minutes. Is anyone at work today? 10/17/17 2:04pm After we finally got through, we were told that it was a new "system". Five months later we are back. This time my wife is scheduled for a mammogram and bone density scan. We get here and are told that the bone density machine is down. Why didn't they call us? We could have rescheduled and saved a trip, time off work, parking... Can't Park Plaza get their act together? We are looking for somewhere more professional for next time.

  Worst hospital of all time they treat people so bad here if I could give a zero I would update, I went to a different doctor And was diagnosed with bronchitis. When I went to park plaza they said my throat was fine and nothing was wrong with me, that let me know the doctors are incompetent and they don't know what they are doing will never step foot there again unless I have to visit family

  My husband was amazed how well he was taken care of. From day one to day four. Food good Drs great and nurses were always there for him. Thanks for takeing good care of him...

  The medical care I got was fine, but reading the other reviews I'm shocked to see that the billing department's treatment of me is their MO. No bill sent to me so I assumed they were liaising directly with my insurer. In fact, like many others in the reviews below, they sent my bill straight to a debt collection agency who have been sending threatening letters despite me giving my insurer's details when I was at the hospital. What a useless admin team!
