  I have purchased four cars at Park Place using the same sales representative, Adam Bradford. Adam knows his cars and is very professional and courteous. He is one of the main reasons that I keep coming back to Park Place. Overall my experience has been excellent at Park Place. I have bought luxury cars from other dealerships and I rank Park Place the best in Dallas. Its all about the service and product.

  I am 25 and do not EVER take the time to write these . But between my first step into Mercedes, the front desk , no pushy salesman approaching , and once I needed help Oscar was able to not only find out what I was looking for, and entertain, not push his product, to help me find my new baby. From there the financing department and effort Oscar put in to make sure I did not walk out was amazing . Then the last part , I swear we were out in less than an hour? I have never been in and out of financing and paperwork so quickly. Overall I can say , I have been switched from BMW and never thought I would say that . I highly recommended park place and Oscar.

  My 4-year experience with Park Place was hit AND miss. I had outstanding service reps (Greg in Fort Worth and Robert Salazar in Dallas) - if all I were reviewing was my experience with my service advisor(s), it would be 5 stars. Overall, in the 4 years I have owned my Mercedes-Benz, I was satisfied with customer service, shuttle transportation and loaner vehicles when I was spending a ton of money getting the vehicle serviced/maintained/tires replaced. However, that doesn't outweigh my dissatisfaction. I was an extremely loyal customer, not once having my car serviced elsewhere (even though many people recommended I could have it serviced/tires replaced much cheaper elsewhere). I guess I thought this would help with my value when selling my car to Park Place later. It didn't - they were the lowest offer from all the dealerships I contacted, several thousand dollars lower. So, I am regretting my customer loyalty to Park Place and sort of regretting buying the car in the first place. I will be switching to Sewell, and I recommend anyone thinking of buying a car from Park Place do the same.

  I had an awesome experience here purchasing my first Benz! This place provides awesome customer service from the receptionist at the front desk all the way to the management on site! I was greeted in a very kind friendly manner. I was addressed by name. My salesmen Winston and Randy were absolutely awesome and timely in handling my test drive, financing and familiarizing me with my new vehicle. I definitely would recommend this dealership to everyone and I would definitely go back to purchase vehicles in the future!
