  Nick DeLuca at the Park Place BodyWerks did a great job keeping me informed every step of the way while my car was being repaired. Car was fixed right the first time and I appreciate the first class customer service I recieved.

  Steve Blackwell and David Norris are awesome people to work with. I have had two accidents and BodyWerks repaired me both times. Steve makes the experience pleasant by making sure that all my needs are taken care of from the rental car availability to dealing with the insurance companies. He also keeps in touch with me and works with my schedule. BodyWerks takes a weight off of my mind and I highly recommend them.

  Park Place Bodywerks and Steve Blackwell did an exceptional job on our 2017 C. This car took extensive damage from hail and egg vandalism. Steve made sure our expectations were realistic and kept us regularly updated. His regular calls and pictures of the repair was a welcomed change to the norm and what I consider bar none the best customer service I've ever experienced from a collision repair center. You expect a certain level of service when you buy these types of automobiles. It was not only met, it was exceeded.

  The customer service and quality workmanship I've received has been of an A+ rating in my view. Nick DeLuca has always been my go to person for coordinating repairs to my Mercedes . I have always left with a smile and confidence that it was fixed right the first time..and it was. Nick is great at communicating with his customers and that really has helped me to not worry. Bavarian and others may be competitive but the Mercedes body shop will continue to be my choice for quality and awesome customer service. Thanks Nick to you and your body repair workers.! Rosalva
