  Wonderful hotel, staff, and location. They even have a hotel dog in the lobby that the staff care for. The concierge was super helpful and Nomi was always consistently great.

  I called for a small get away for myself and my wife. The concierge Karen called me and was interested on what we were looking for. She recommended a great steak house which was Benny’s and even contacted us once we arrived at the hotel.The hotel was nice but Karen went above and beyond my expectations. She was awesome.

  Great service. Nice staff. Great view. Pretty good restaurant. Great location Definitely a great place to stay in Chicago.

  Great hotel! The service at the Park Hyatt Chicago is superb, from the moment we checked in to the time we left every detail of our stay was expertly attended to. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and location is perfect, near shopping and superb restaurants. I highly recommend the higher floor, water tower lake view rooms which give great views and allow distance away from the city sounds. I look forward to a return visit!

  We visited friends who were staying in a Park Executive Suite on New Year's Eve. The hotel itself is beautiful, if a little business-like. It lacks the charm of some boutique hotels but makes up for it in clean, modern design and well-appointed rooms. The staff was courteous and helpful and the location can't be beat. The room was fairly spacious with a good sized sitting area and a large bedroom. Two baths was a great feature. Our 12th floor view was spectacular. Pricey, but worth it.
