I love this park, it's small and no pond on it. However, people dont seem to think they have to pick up their dog's poop and that really bothers me. It's disrespectful and in my opinion not good for the dogs as I know some will eat it. If I knew who in the city to contact I'd make a complaint and see if they could have someone out there on the weekends. That should be a ticketing offense in my opinion. If it wasn't for that I would have given it 5 stars

Awesome park, Nice and big. There isn't any water feature so my dog wasn't sopping wet and covered with mud when we were done. The rest of the park is a really nice walk too.

Very nice dog park, just a few minutes from I 35 west , a great place to stop when travelling with your furry friends. Separate areas for large and small dogs , shaded areas to watch your pet. Very nice for u and your dog.

We have a pack of 5 dogs, ranging from 8lbs to 70 lbs, and this is their (and our) favorite park. The park is separated into "big dog" and "little dog" sections, and both areas are enormous, and the big dog area has several agility setups. I've heard that they're planning on adding horse trails, also. AWESOME place (it's just unfortunate that you have to leave before dark, because it's in a sketchy part of town).

We LOVE this park. Its roomy, clean and well kept. Great mix of people that come. My ONLY suggestion is the addition of small dog runs for dogs that need socialization in smaller doses. My pit does great, but my bulldog needs a more private space as she isn't great with other dogs yet. I think it would enhance visits for people who want to socialize their dogs, but that might not be ready for ALL the dogs at the park.
