  This is an amazing pilates studio, deeply rooted in the authentic pilates method. Great professionals, easy on-line booking, great location. Individual classes.

  This studio is the real deal. If you're looking for classes taught by just anyone who can lay down a mat, then look elsewhere, but don't expect results! The teachers here are all trained in the real Pilates method -- the one that gives you that famous long, lean body. I've been coming here for over 10 years and anyone who knows real, effective Pilates knows that Sharyl's studio is the best in the city. Make the investment! It's so worth it.

  Great instruction in lovely personal atmosphere is the reason this is one of the top Pilates Studios of the city. Had my very first Pilates class today and I learned so much about my body and now have better tools and resources for it to work better for me. I will definitely be back.
