::One of the best damn cups of coffee I've ever had in my life came from this place. Staff was beyond helpful and friendly, and my first experience with gooey butter cake from St.Louis, served here, was nothing short of fantastic. If you're looking for a great cup of coffee, some delicious things to snack on and a wonderful atmosphere... This is your place. Right across the corner is Lafayette Park, which serves as a wonderful opportunity to take a stroll with a fresh cup of coffee and really feel the spirit of st. Louis.

::This place has great coffee but their gooey buttercake is the best in St. Louis, MO. Even though they have great products Park Avenue Coffee has great people that seem to love their jobs. That makes the atmosphere like being at home around the fireplace. Try this location if you can. It reminds you of driving down the street in small town America.

::Very quaint, cozy shop. They carry a line of baked goods as well. Warm, inviting interior and very pleasant back patio.
