  Some staff is really terrible.. food and space is nice but never enjoyed the checkout experience here..

  One of my favorites is the condensed milk bread. I got it when visited NYC and come back home and found out that there was no single drop of condensed milk inside. The original one in korea is usually completely wet and this one was so dried. Other bread was good though.

  Terrible customer service and unclean - I contacted customer service but have not gotten a response within promised time of 3-5 business days. Their pastries are great but employees are not properly trained and very rude. They are always so busy talking among themselves that the store is very dirty - they are too busy to clean or help the customers.

  Delicious freshly baked treats! They have hot drinks coffee, latte, standard fare... you grab a tray and tongs and put everything you want on the tray before paying at the cashier. The whole cakes, you have to tell them at the cashier. Some of those cake slices were a little difficult to maneuver out. There's plenty of seating upstairs. Two floors of seating. Restrooms are downstairs. They have coffee condiments, utensils, and napkins upstairs too. The third floor has a great view of 7th Avenue.

  Always fun for me to come here as the selection is not just typical asian pastries. Offerings are varied and at reasonable prices. Sometimes I wish the staff were a little friendlier but you can't have everything. Overall when you need some sweet treats this is never a bad place to drop into, especially if you want to bring something nice back to the office.
