  Not happy with the service, the staff were super rude. I was really worried about the quality of the food there. I definitely not recommend this place.

  一名華裔女子日前在法拉盛一間韓裔經營的知名連鎖麵包店買咖啡，懷疑被店員「加料」，吸出像痰的濃稠物。當事人倪Candy 17日指出，店家堅稱異物是糖漿，不肯公布店內監視錄像，她會繼續向市府相關部門投訴；該店員則在網上回覆，根本未吐痰在咖啡裡，連鎖店總部表示，會調查此事。 39歲的倪Candy，18年前移民來美。她指出，16日上午約11時在法拉盛39大道的「巴黎貝甜」(Paris Baguette)買兩杯咖啡，染金髮的亞裔店員問她小杯或大杯，她沒聽清楚，對方就大聲再問一次。倪Candy說，「我想店員態度怎麼這麼差，也大聲回她『大杯』」。 倪Candy表示，這杯咖啡喝起來沒什麼問題，朋友那杯卻吸出痰狀物。她質問金髮店員為何吐痰在杯裡，要求找經理與調閱監視錄像。「那女店員堅持說是糖漿，而且看到我在店裡面拍照，就不斷罵F字眼，還說自己不幹了，脫下圍裙衝過來要打我，被其他店員攔住。」 由於倪Candy在店裡不願離去，被警察警告在一分鐘內馬上走人，而幾名店員出來抽菸時，還嘲笑她說，「拜拜」、「你在哭嗎？」之後看到她拿手機拍照，金髮女店員更衝上前要搶手機。 在店內等經理期間，倪Candy說，有華人老婦懷疑其他店員找錯錢，對方馬上用手機連線監視錄像調出畫面，「為什麼其他顧客這麼容易能看到錄像，我就不行？」她表示，經理到場後，看了咖啡一眼也說是糖漿，讓她選要退費或換一杯，但不願提供監控錄像。 市警109分局17日指出，此事屬於民事糾紛，可去商業信譽局(Better Business Bureau)投訴。至於上州曾發生類似事件，有一對夫妻飲料裡出現痰，由警方從店員唾液做DNA採樣後罪證確鑿，但109分局稱市警不會照做。 倪Candy表示，從沒受過這種屈辱，事後雖然店家有致電道歉，她仍將保留證物繼續向市衛生局(DOHMH)等相關部門投訴。 來自南韓城南市的金髮店員Effy Lee在臉書指出，根本沒人在倪Candy咖啡裡吐痰，原本店家想換一杯新的，但顧客堅持報警，還到處拍照。「巴黎貝甜」分店經理表示無法對此置評，必須聯絡總部公關部。 巴黎貝甜加州總部回應說，總部已就此事展開調查，若發現員工違反公司以顧客至上的政策，將會懲處。

  面包和蛋糕都很好吃，之前钟爱它家，特别是蛋糕不太过于甜又不腻的味道刚刚好。Flushing唯一一家卖蛋糕最好吃的，不过自从吐痰的新闻出来了，就再也不敢去买了。

  One of the favorite bakeries to go in Flushing. It has nice sitting area which you can sit and enjoy your meal. Yes, the price of their merchandises can be a bit high, but they do have nice quality and their food are tasty! It is also the Place that I would go buy cake for all kinds of occasions! My daughter loves their teddy bear cake. It has nice promotions from times to times.

  Their bakery and cake are not bad, but their customer service is not up to par. I go there once a while but always see the attitude from some of the employees are really unprofessional. The recent spitting in customer coffee incident which went viral on social media and in the community is totally unforgivable. As you can see most of the one star review from other reviewers on Google Map or other sites to this bakery are due to their staff attitude and customer service. Not all the staff should be blamed because not every single staff is nasty to customers. It is management problem and the customer service training should be to the top and down to the bottom.
