  This is a great place to go for oral surgeries. I have been here twice and seen by Dr Katz. Very nice man and is quick with his job. The staff are also so friendly and polite. I had a bit of wait today, but that’s because I showed up early for my appointment time. Definitely only coming here from now on when I need something done for my teeth!!

  No problems ! It went by so fast everyone was helpful and professional I went to get my wisdom tooth pulled out very fast ! The doc was great I’m a very very nervous person made me feel more comfortable! Highly recommend the office building is really nice !

  Dr. Katz was fantastic when I had to have extractions done. The staff were very upfront about costs and paperwork, and the doctor checked in constantly with me during the procedure. They called me the next day to follow up as well. A few days later I had an issue on a Sunday and left a message, and they got back to me first thing the next day and were able to fit me in. The staff were all very nice and respectful. Office was bright and clean; the only downside was that the room I was in was designed in such a way that it didn't seem particularly private (two open doorways with no actual doors and a huge window instead of a wall). I hope I don't have to have more extractions done, but if I had to I would happily come back here.

  Initially I was told incorrect information regarding the payment plan. Then we came for our appointment and the dr was 2 hours late. He said due to snow though we live an hour away too. Then it was a flat tire uh huh. Then he said I couldn’t stay until my son fell asleep but on the consultation he said I could. My son was witness to that. I was upset about not being there so they secluded his father and I in the back recovery room. So stupid on their part because it turned out I could hear my son SCREAM while he was supposed to be under sedation. Then they threatened calling 911 because I was extremely upset listening to my son SCREAMING! No parent should EVER hear the BLOODCURDLING SCREAM that came out of my son! They never called because they knew they were in the wrong across the board. In hindsight, he placed the surgical suites all the way in the back so that there is no chance anyone can hear the screams which they tried to tell me were normal. I worked for many years at an conscious sedation dentist in the city and NEVER EVER heard a scream ever!!! He worked on anxious patients and children. Oh and Dr. Katz never came in to tell us all went well or anything. There is no follow up as standard procedure at the office according to his staff and we went out the back door because the people in the waiting room should never see what he does to a person. Never go to this surgeon! He is a MONSTER!!!!!!!

  I was so anxious about having my wisdom teeth out, but it was honestly the most pleasant experience (for what it was) at Paramount. The receptionist was super nice because my dentist hadn't forwarded my xrays ahead of time and she took care of it instantly. The office was very clean. Dr. Katz was so nice and made me feel at ease, and I had no pain at all beyond the first few hours. I only took regular advil and was fine. Highly, highly, highly recommend.
