  I called this place at 1:00 pm today and spoke to Shantise. I asked when was best for her, she said 5:30. I go there and they say she left at 4:30, and that they were closing at 6:00. That's bad business and completely unacceptable. I literally asked the chick when was a good time for her, and she gave me a time she knew she wasn't going to be there; bad business. The second thing, I arrive and I tell the owner, so you say sorry, no one can help! Really, after I called and made an appointment at an appropriate time...just bad business. I had a very important dinner and had to get my nails done...so I decided to go to a 4-star place.... Let me promote to you Crystal's Nail & Spa on East Tremont. They are all women, very kind and can actually do nails. I am actually grateful my appointment did not happen, for my services received at Crystal's was pristine. They looked at my SNS job I recieved from Paradise and asked who did such horrible work. I explained who it was and took me and put a fresh set. They put in 25 minutes more time into my SNS nails. Now I am questioning Paradise's expertise as a whole besides their horrible customer service. Give your money to a nail salon who values every customer, and not when they feel like it! Go to Crystal's on East Tremont!

  I gave this nail salon 3 chances and all 3 times I received mediocre service. Don’t get me wrong the people are nice but definitely at a medium level of expertise. Way too pricey for “ok” service.

  I love this place. Best pedicures in the Bronx. And the SNS manicures are great as well!

  This place is quiet, the nail techs are nice, and everything is super clean. You spend a little more but it's worth it...I also like the rewards point system they have. I've been 3 times so far and will continue.

  Great place, amazing service!! The team is always happy! They help each other out and if your ever in a rush, in a reasonable day not when it’s a full house cause some of you expect them to walk on water, they will put two people on you to move the process faster. I go here all the time and if you have any questions you can always ask. I’m a loyal costumer. I go and get my SNS done here and always fall for the Golden Spa Deal!!
