  No better place in NJ than Parabolic with The Doc @tomlinsona2 @Mosaenz and the rest of the LITTLE FALLS FAMILY!!! No other place or people I would go!! Today was a volume day and boy did I need it. Doc could see it in my face I was fired up and needed to be pushed today. So with a heavy heart today we paired it up with heavy squats and dead’s and it was just what the Doc ordered!! I’m not sure I’ve ever been as fit as I am right now. 2 ACL’s in 9 months 5 in 10yrs all together and I’ll be 35 years old in July and I have Parabolic LITTLE FALLS to thank for that!! This is just the beginning for me and I look forward to showing you all what and who you were supporting!! Many days of depression (not many knew about) and wonders are coming to an end and I have the #goparabolic Little Falls team to thank for that. They’ve lifted me up when I needed and put me in my place when it was time to pump the breaks. They never quit on me no matter what and I’m eternally grateful!! #WE still have more work to do so stay to tuned to #followmyrehab for more motivation and inspiration!!   I have to strongly recommend Suzy Goodman and all the PT team @ Parabolic. They are the consummate professionals and Suzy has been very attentive to my injuries. I initially went to Parabolic with plantar fasciitis (a painful foot problem). Since I've been meeting with Suzy, not only has my foot improved (not completely; I'm still working on it) but also we are working on broader 'issues' such as my flexibility, balance, and posture. She is so knowledgeable and supportive. It's a pleasure to go to PT (who can say that?) and to witness my own improvement. All of the staff are helpful including, when needed, calling one's insurance company to demand/beg for/request more sessions. So to sum up, Suzy is the best. She's experienced, supportive and all-in-all a decent and kind person.

  I went to Parabolic in Little Falls following hip surgery. I would highly recommend their services. I really liked their approach to therapy. I came in on crutches to my first appointment, but Monica still had me get up and moving. I appreciated that she showed me what I was still able to do even while on crutches. The whole staff is very knowledgeable and it is clear that they continue learning everyday and they are not just complacent with the knowledge they already have. I always looked forward to going to physical therapy and left feeling better than I when I walked in. They do an excellent job of providing 1 on 1 attention during manual therapy as well as making sure you are able to do the exercise correctly on your own so you can maximize your time there. This is the place to go. I can't thank Monica and the rest of the staff at Parabolic for their kindness and expertise that helped me get back to where I wanted to be!

  I went for rehab on a shoulder that I had dislocated for the second time in June 2017. The focus on stability, strength and flexibility has been phenomenal and rigorous. There is a significant difference in my shoulder's stability between this second round of PT and my first. Performance-based rehab exercises are introduced at a comfortable pace, however be prepared to be challenged and grow beyond your comfort zone. The environment is very welcoming, hospitable, friendly and fun. I highly recommend Parabolic Little Falls for anyone needing physical therapy.
