  A very friendly place in a pretty and convenient spot. Staff is always checking in to offer a cup of tea, or put more money in the meter for your car. They have a talented staff of colorists and stylists.

  I’ve been coming to Papillon for the past 5 years and really love the staff. Everyone there is super sweet and professional. I’ve had my hair done by Barbara and Nina and they are both incredibly talented stylists. Even after moving to the south shore, I always make time to get to Papillon.

  Love my hair! Wouldn’t go any other salon. Everyone is so caring of you, what you need. From start to finish you are taken care of.

  Kristine is the absolute best, she is so talented with color and the kindest person to work with. I give her 5 stars. Encounters with rest of staff, you can feel judged at times by their looks and whispers. Even if you have an appointment they will make you wait 20-25 minutes for a cut. Gina at front desk is too busy to answer questions or maybe I'm just not an important client.
