  Pizza quality is good as always. Customer service is sometimes best and sometimes good enough.

  Sadly disdisappointed! Maybe I am just spoiled by my papa johns in my town but if I pay a dollar for extra peppers, u don't put in them there when I say something u give me 1 extra pepper! Kinda crazy! Then my garlic butter sauce is cold so its a solid piece too. If I pick up food I don't expect to have to stop at store for anything else nor do I expect for me to have to warm up once home especially if I can't eat a few bites before I have to run in the grocery store! Just sayin

  papa johns lost a customer on February 2nd. The app was not working couldn't get it to check out so I called the store. The girl who answered acted like it was her first day working. Not only was she incompetent but she had no customer service skills. I expressed my concerns, she didn't even know the app existed she kept on asking what the V-app was. After that she attempted to take my order to tell me they didn't deliver to my zip code after dark. I have had many pizzas delivered. I may not be high volume customer but I order a couple times a month. If I could have gotten the "v-app" to work I could have ordered my pie.so not to my zip not after dark. poor service....I'm off to Domino's..

  Horrible customer service they were extremely rude and inconsiderate the delivery guy didn’t no where the hell he was going after I gave him the best directions possible the manager tried to make the situation my fault and repeatedly talked over me. I wasted my whole lunch break waiting for this idiot and I’m 6 months pregnant && didn’t get my food. Pissed off && I do NOT recommend anyone going here

  I called and ordered a pizza to our hotel. After a 30 minute wait the driver called and said he was here, which he wasn't. The driver spoke very poor English and was impossible to communicate with. After an hour of no pizza I called the manager Rachel. She was very unresponsive to the drivers actions and didn't seem you care. After over an hour the driver showed up with a bent box and cold pizza which we denied. I called the manager again and her response was "okay, well cancel the order". No sorry, no remorse, just blank to the situation. This is horrible customer service, and I will never order papa John's again.
