  Eat here service food great always hot fresh Anita is the best she always does a great job with customer service above and beyond. Kudos to you Anita I really appreciate you!!

  Great help in my special food alergins. Made sure the area was clean of any pineapple. I have a new place to always get my pizza now. Thank you for accommodating my family!!!

  Ordered food ahead of time to be delivered to the hotel about the same time I arrived at hotel... evidently times are VERY hard for this location because the excuse they gave for my order being totally messed up was that they can’t hear on their phones... times are soooo tough for a Papa Johns pizza place that they can’t afford new phones... LMFAO... maybe they should clean the bong resin out of their ears, then they could probably hear better....

  Ordered online for a fairly large order. Used 15 of my Papa Rewards points for a free pizza. Watched the tracker, which said it would take 115-125 minutes to be delivered, as it went through all the stages of prep cook etc. We waited TWO HOURS on a Sunday night (no games, nothing special) just to watch the tracker say it was delivered. We tried calling multiple times, but the phone system just wasn't working. We planned on paying cash, so if it was delivered elsewhere they would have had to pay for it... Now its too late to order delivery from anywhere else, we got no help from any Papa John's customer service reps or from another local store. Very frustrating experience with the online platform (which we use all the time without problems) and the lack of caring or help from anyone at Papa John's, esp. this location.

  We have ordered from this location multiple times over the last 5 years with NO problem. Great people, great service. However, the last 3 orders have not been right. The first and second time it wasn't right they sent replacements. Cool right? Well the second time they sent the replacement they took WELL over an hour to deliver-which at that point it was so late that it didn't matter and late enough that we need to go to bed. Tonight, same thing. Talked to a manager (NOT wanting a replacement) and at first it was refunding, but then turned into getting a free pizza for the future. The excuse was "we have a couple new people on the line tonight". No point in talking any more. Disappointed and will not return.
