  Ordered a pizza, time was normal time for delivery, the made a mistake on my pizza, called to let them know of it, not even with wanting something in return, just wanted to let them know of their mistake so they could keep that in mind next time, woman on the phone was understanding, asked me if i wanted a new pizza delivered, so i said yes, was delivered in reasonable timing, gave me extra dipping sauces and seasoning and the pizza was very well made

  This was my first time ordering from this papa johns, the order took almost 2hrs to get to us. Once we finally got the pizza it was pretty much cold. I called while waiting for it to get there and the guy over the phone said they had been busy, I can understand that but at least send us fresh pizza.

  Horrible customer service . They but my in wait for 10 minutes and after that I call them back they acting like nothing happened I recommend different place

  I called in an order at this place. The number is saved in my contacts so I don’t have to look it up. I spoke to a woman who took my order gave me the price of $35.45. I show up to the place and they said they hadn’t gotten any calls. The woman (WHO HAD THE SAME VOICE) said we don’t have your order. So after about 5 minuets of back and forth. I say fine whatever I’ll just order again. Same exact order. But the price went up to $44.45. And I had to wait 20 more minutes. Never ordering here again!!

  Absolutely terrible!!!! Not only they made us wait for more than an hour and a half, eventually they never even showed up because they closed. Unbelievable, we placed an order an hour and a half before the place closes and they made us wait and never showed up. Im totally bocotting crapa John's
