  The last two times I ordered from this location I had the same poor experience. I ordered carryout and showed up towards the end of the pick up time window. My order wasn't ready when I showed up and they told me it would be about 5 minutes. The wait ended up being 30 minutes each time. The fact that it happened twice consecutively makes me feel less like these were accidents and more like it is a pattern of dishonesty. I can understand if it takes an hour to make my order JUST BE HONEST WITH ME. Don't make me sit in your lobby for a half hour twice because you couldn't say truthfully how long the wait would be. I could have actually used that time instead of sitting in your lobby staring at the clock

  OMG I just called them s bad coustmer service they have white trashed manager so rude and ugly .I hate it

  I order here occasionally and am always impressed with the customer service. A well deserved five stars.

  Awesome place to get pizza. The staff is very nice. It's my favorite papa john's location
