  Smashed up pizza. Then had to wait 1½ hours to get replacement. Mgr was rude, I was the one who got smashed pizza. Sad, sad service.

  I ordered online and when i went to the store and the girl at the front desk said online order down and she gave me phone number to contact and get the order thats was so stupid bcz i waste 40 minuets talking and waiting

  If you live in City Ridge or 32211, don't order from here. They don't deliver after 7pm. They processed the money out the account then 30 mins later when the meal should be arriving they're calling to say it's cancelled. Whether corporate or the individual store, someone should see the money they're missing and update business practices. But according the comments here, this type of service is to be expected.

  Paid for delivery and order was canceled before time stated. I called store and was told delivery person came to here. Quite funny because my doorbell never rang, maybe they tapped on my door very lightly? Whoever called surely didn't leave a message or answer line when i called back. Management didn't make this situation right with us either.... Customer service sucks at this location and no i don't want to wait another hour past the hour i waited initially.

  How the fuuuu does a pizza store close for pick up at 9 but deliver until 12am?? And then Doesnt want to deliver to certain zip codes thats only a MILE FROM THEM. Wack
