::Decided to order a pizza . After an hour and 15 minutes I still had not received it so I called them back . They have a phone option to talk to someone if you're wondering about an order. That should've been my first clue of what's to come. The person I talked to said my pizza was still sitting there and she would remake it for me and all that I would pay was delivey fee. After another hour wait I got the pizza and the "fresh" one they said they would make was cold and looked like it was made 2 hours and 15 minutes previous so I think they just brought me the original one they made. The delivery person did not apologize and was not very friendly. Actually no one apologized. I also could barely understand the person I originally ordered with because they barely knew English. Very bad experience an I won't be ordering from there again. If I could give zero stars I would

::I enjoy Papa John's Pizza and probably have ordered 100s of times through the years. The pizza from this location was bad, very bad. Virtually no sauce and an abundance of cheese, not what I ordered, totally out of balance and not what's to be expected. Very poorly put together.

::Quoted a really long time but order was ready in about 1/3rd of the quoted time. They forgot one of my sauce cups (got the 3/$1 deal). Tons of toppings and it appears they got the extra sauce on my pizza I requested! They didn't acknowledge me right away and then left me standing there kinda awkwardly while one kid went and grabbed my sauce cup. No complaints, though!

::Had someone take a bite out of our cinnamon pull aparts🤢 Tried to call the store to refund my tip and got hung up on repeatedly. I will follow up for my refund but be prepared to have your food munched on...yummy PapaJohns:(
