  There is only one guy and hope he read this he have a fu**** actitude like he don’t get laid or what always since I order have hes f***** temper, the way he asnwer and hace to repeat things 4 times like he doesn’t clean he’s ear or what n then scream if he don’t have patience or like what he’s doing, dude look for other job or don’t work hope the manager know cause like that gonna lose customers n all Sunday use to buy pizza now with the guy not even for free

  Muy caro una pizza que en otro lado el costo es $10 dolares aqui es el doble la grande se parece ala pequeña muy mala

  Paid for 4 sauces and only received 1. When I called they said they were going to bring it and they never came back. I wouldn't have cared if I didn't have to pah for them but since I have to pay for the sauces, they should have brought them.

  This store used to be pretty good for cheap and decent pizza, which is why they had good reviews before 2016ish. The last couple of years, this place slowly got worse. I mostly order online, and the pizza used to get here in 30-45 minutes, about the same as the estimated delivery time. Then it started to be 50-60 minutes, 15 minutes past the estimate. Late 2017, it was about 75 minutes, and yesterday, it took over an hour and a half (ordered at 4:55 pm, got the pizza at around 6:30). The estimated delivery time was 5:30, then changed to 6:05, and I didn't bother checking if it changed again after I finally got the pizza. For anyone else planning to order delivery from this store, try to plan ahead and expect a 90-120 minute delay. That way you won't be as confused as I was. Edit: The pizzas are still decent, and the delivery person will generally say sorry when they get to you after 90+ min, and I still tip them $3-5 on top of the $5 delivery charge. But when you consider the time and the other pizza shops around the neighborhood, it becomes difficult to justify going to papajohns again

  the employees do nothing to help when the order is wrong, I ordered, they did not deliver because they did not want to deliver on schedule, and when I called they said it was closed, when I called the next day they said that it did not make sense what I was talking about, terrible!!!!!!
