  I want to thank Ivy and her manager for helping me. I place an order with the Papa John's in Brooklyn Park online and they called me to tell me they were out of what I ordered and offered me no help. I then called the Robbinsdale location and Ivy answered the phone she listened to my issue and asked her manager for approval to deliver me my order. This is awesome customer service and I really appreciate their help!! Thank you to Ivy and her store manager! They understand good customer service!! THANK YOU!!! You all are awesome!!

  No matter what they still serve great pizza. They really stick to meaning of "Better Ingredients Better Pizza"

  Just what i wanted. The Brooklyn park location left a bad taste in my mouth so its been years. This robinsdale location us good.

  Great pizza, love their deals, but I can't really do their full priced menu. The Buffalo chicken pizza is really good!

  The manager is a liar there!!! Said that He would send out my papers and marinara sauce and never did twice! After I repeatedly asked for it when I ordered the first time mind you I only live a few blocks away! They messed up on my order and then I was asked well who took your order, well you should know it's only a few of you working there !!! Then I called back 40 minutes later and he said he was sorry and it's his fault this time! Said he will have them send it right away. After he said that I told him well thanks now that I can eat two hours later!! He said was he sorry twice!!! Nothing was compensated for my inconvenience! I'm mad because the only reason why I ordered from here was because of their peppers otherwise I would prefer somewhere different like Jets or Dominoes!
