  I've ordered from this store twice, and neither has been a good experience. My first order was pepperoni rolls and garlic knots. I asked for a ranch and garlic sauce side. Instead, they gave me my ranch, and put an extra amount of garlic on my knots. They then mishandled the garlic knots and the garlic sauce was SOAKED through both the garlic knot box AND the pepperoni rolls box. My 2nd order, was a pizza and garlic knots. The pizza was how I ordered it, but again, the garlic knots sauce was SOAKED through the box, as well as all over my pizza box. I also did not get the ranch sauce I asked for with my knots, instead getting just pizza sauce. This store is bad, I've ordered from multiple different Papa Johns in different states, and NEVER had this issue. I am disappointed, and doubt I'll ever order from this store again.

  Last week I ordered a pizza, said it would be at my house in 40 minutes, took an hour and a half, was not the pizza I ordered and it was cold. So sad cause I usually love papa johns

  1st off..I just wanna say..if Manny is working, ask for anyone but HIM to make your 🍕 because he cant cook. After speaking to him about my order I strongly advise that they completely take him off cooking duties and maybe just allow him to clean the lobby. I love Papa John's but not if Manny is the chef of the day. Will never order from THIS store again.

  Ordered 2 pizzas garlic knot and cinnamon pull apart on 12/29/17 the order was an hour and a half late. And everything was nice and cold! They are only willing to replace the pizzas. As if the dessert were delivered on time or something. And only at that location I am no longer living at. they aren't willing to help this customer either. The " shift manager(male) and manager (female) I spoke with on the phone were very rude and kept insisting I only deserve the pizzas but the whole order was late and cold not just half. I am disputing with my bank and am done with papa johns.

  The last few times we've ordered from here it's been spotty. The pizza is okay, but the service seems a bit lacking. I don't think they have enough delivery drivers staffed. The guy who delivers to us is nice, but sometimes the pizza comes 45 minutes or more later than it is supposed to. We have started ordering from Domino's more as a result.
