  Complete fraud.! I ordered pizza during weekend. The delivery girl came and she gave me the pizza and just ran away without giving me the receipt. Then the next day i see $10 deducted from my account. when i called and questioned about it, they said i signed it as tip. Come on are you kidding me?? She signed it herself and I'm never gonna order again and you fraud people will meet the consequences one day in your life. God is watching.

  They have me someone else's pizza once and before I could stop the delivery guy he went back to the other people got my pizza gave them their...which I had already had in my hands and opened to check and brought me mine. I refused to take it and told them to cancel the order. They told me they'd credit my account next time I ordered. I ordered 2 DAYS later and they said they had no record of it and I had to pay for it. I like papa John's but this was the worst experience I've had customer service wise in a long time.

  If I could give negative stars I would. Messed up my orders twice in the same week! Happily took my money but never apologized. Got home and realized my order was still wrong, poorly made and overcooked (burned). If you like rude people and poorly made food go here! Or just drive the extra 4 miles to another one...

  Scum, never delivered and still charged me. I called they said they delivered and tried to call me but yet no phone calls and my ring doorbell shows no movement. Scum. Don't order from here go to a locally owned pizza joint instead not a franchise.

  Our pizza arrived extremely burnt, so we called to see if anything could be done to rectify the situation. First of all, they couldn’t find our order info because we ordered on the Uber eats app, ridiculous. Then Erica, the manager, hung up on us twice, so we contacted papa johns corporate and requested a customer service workshop for the store. I realize this is just a damn pizza, and had she not hung up - twice - then I wouldn’t even be writing this.
