  So I go to the Papa John’s here in Long Beach California and I’ve never been treated the way that I was treated the person who took my order had an attitude I don’t know if he was having a bad day or not But I’ve been in the customer service business for most of my life and I know even when you’re having something personally go wrong you leave that at the door I will say this I will never take my business there and I will tell my friends not to take their business there I live within three blocks of the shop and I think it’s a shame that you can’t get better service.

  Ordered by phone pick up. Came in no pizza ready. Got full refund and a free pizza.

  I love Papa John's and this location has been great. Not ridiculously priced and always arrives in a timely manner. Employees are polite and professional.

  The staff is always friendly. Their pizza would be awesome except the sauce is inconsistant in flavor and sometimes they glob it on the pizza. I ordered 2 pizzas, both with light sauce. 1 was made with light sauce, the other 1 was not.
