  If I could give 0-stars believe me I would. Do not waste your money. the Bronx Location on 231st street order was the worst encounter I have ever had with papa John's. Food was supposed to be delivered over one hour ago and it was not. I called the store on 231st to find out where my delivery was and supervisor Anthony picked up. The nastiest individual I have ever dealt with in customer relations. He was rude, raised his voice, told me the company is ok with the driver sitting in their car four buildings away from my building so that I can walk to driver to get my food. I explained I have a toddler and a newborn and cannot walk all the way outside to pick up food but I am willing to meet the driver downstairs in front of my building and the supervisor Anthony once again told me that "what you want me to do if you don't like it take it or leave it". This is poor customer service and I will never order from papa Johns again.

  Ordered through seamless at 11:58. Called at 12:40 (5 minutes past estimated delivery time). They said 5 minutes. Called back three times. Called seamless at 1:25 they gave me ten dollar credit and said they called this location and driver will be here in 5 minutes didn’t come. I called back at 1:50 they said they tried to call me 10-15 times and driver was outside...obvious blatant lies. This location will lie to you.

  I never ever leave reviews... but I ordered two pies, and have been waiting for 2 hours... Already was charged online but nothing was ever delivered... spoke to a rep twice and kept saying its on its way... now no-one is answering the phone... to top it off, I got an email saying the order was delivered 20 mins after the order .... what the hell?!

  Very horrible service. I ordered cheese bread with chicken wings. The food was ice cold. The delivery guy called me and say he is injury and he can't bring the food up. What kind of delivery service is this and on top of it they charge $2.99 delivery fee. The delivery guy has a girlfriend in his car. Is he delivering food or is he hanging out with his girlfriend? This is a very horrible service.
