  They actually deserve 0 Stars being how this is not the first time this happened. I ordered my pizza around 10:30. They said I was suppose to have my pizza by 11:30.. 12:30 come I still never got my pizza but I go track the order and it say it was delivered.. delivered where?! Good thing I went and got food else where because I would’ve been over it!

  The delivery person NEVER showed up and no one has picked up the phone. Don't order from here, they're thieves.

  Personally, I've never had any bad experiences with Papa John's, and this is my favorite location. Everytime I order, they are prompt, Pizza tastes great!, and their drivers are courteous. I know a few people complain about their delivery charges, because their drivers fail to enter their building. I must say, maybe is not fair, yet the delivery charge is reasonable. If I had to get up from the comfort of my home, get dressed, drive there, take a taxi or bus to go pick up my Papa John's pizza, I would definetely spend more than what they charge for them to deliver. I have to go downstairs to pick up my order? I have absolutely no issues with doing so, if that means, I would walk right up to my place and eat without me having to wait to come back home with a cold pizza. And I always tip the driver!

  I ordered from here before and usually the wait is a bit long. But today it took over two hours for the food to arrive and it arrived cold. I called to the restaurant twice to find out where my food was. It took them a minute to even find my food because their delivery driver arrived back at their restaurant without my food. Once they found it they sent it right away and agreed to send over another pizza and soda for free. I don’t necessarily blame the restaurant I blame the very poor delivery service because even when my food arrived the delivery driver was too busy on his phone to notice I was standing outside of my door for him.

  I have never been more disappointed in a restaurant in my life! People are rude careless about your money or time. They get paid no matter how they work so they don't care at allllll! Delivery was the worst if you think you'll be hungry a 7pm order your food at 4pm so you can get it in time. This place is a nightmare. And the food sucks!! Papa John needs to show up here I fix this place. I'll stay with Domino's!!!
