  The staff seemed not to know what they're doing A man came in for his order they seemed lost instead of either looking or apologizing or even making him another pizza they just looked around at each other one girl was laughing. I had to ask for my receipt The young lady just walked away to converse with her co workers I had to ask another person for my receipt I know Fridays can be busy but customer service is key to keeping your customers

  Took over 40 minutes for pickup order of one pizza to be ready. They seemed pretty disorganized, and had trouble finding people's orders. The stuffed crust was very good, though.

  Ordered pizza for delivery on 2/1/23. Took 2 hours for food to arrive. Called restaurant to get an update on arrival time 1.5hrs after ordering. Was told they only had one driver, and "you are not our only customer." No apology for the extremely delayed delivery. Upon arrival, of course the pizza was cold. Very disappointed in the service and food. I try to support my neighborhood businesses, but I will not order from this location again.

  Ordered a pizza. It took an hour and a half and the app still says pizza is out for delivery. I check my front door and it’s sitting there cold as a rock. I have no idea how long it’s been out there and no info from either the driver or store saying it’s even been delivered yet. Very disappointed.

  The driver left our pizza on our front porch without knocking or ringing the bell. We realized this after it had been sitting for over 20 mins. This was after delivery was expected 50 mins after placing the order.
