  The worse place to order food for delivery its papa john. I order some pizza for my kids and my little cousin, when i place my order online it was 9:30pm and my kids fall sleep waiting for it and no only that but it was delivered at 11:30, cool pizza and chicken wins.

  Very poor service and pizza, the pizza was both cold and disgusting. I was told it would take 35 mins, it ended up taking over an hour. They did give me extra sauce and a deal but it was clearly to cover up how awful the pizza and service was. Also I was on hold for over 20mins in total when placing the order and chasing to find out where it was.

  On february 23 2018 i order food at about 10:15 pm for me and my family. What i couldnt understand is why my order never came. I called back a hour later and the guy said that his driver on his way now that was at 11:15 a hour after my order. Now its 12:15 pm and im not getting no answer on the phone. And no food ever made it too my door. So sad that such company would allow such disrespect too its customer.

  If I could give a 0 I would. Waited 3 hours for pizza to be delivered when it was guaranteed at 2 hours (which is still really long) and when I received the pizza half of my order was burnt. I called to complain and a women who said she was the manager said she would refund my order and I'd see it on my card in 2-3 business days. A week later still had no sign of the refunded so I called back. The manager told me that there were no female managers at that location and they could not refund me the amount. I have never experienced worse customer service and just plain service.

  This location regularly takes an hour and a half or longer to deliver. They usually do not deliver the right drinks (and sometimes even the food), and have several times driven away without fixing my order. The only reason it is still in business is because no one else is open for delivery in this neighborhood after 10pm. Do yourself a favor and order from literally any other place you can if you want your food delivered warm and on time.
