If I could give zero stars, I would. I have heard rave reviews about this business and being that I love popcorn, I felt the need to try it out. I pull up and walk in to see a mediocre set up at best. There are random popcorn buckets, all less than half full, lining the counter. Some of them dont have labels (or at least they aren't showing) and the popcorn inside doesn't appear to be fresh. The person working did not seem to have a clue as to what he was doing. I had to ask him twice what the prices were before he acknowledged that I was indeed speaking to him. He then told me that the only size container they had was $5 and they were out of the other containers. So I order two $5 containers of two different flavors. I spot a group of containers already filled and ask about those as one contained a flavor I wanted and I was told that those containers were reserved for the boss. So I get my two $5 containers and wait to pay. I stand and look at the employee for about 7 straight minutes waiting for my total. After quite a while, he looks up as if he is just realizing I am there and I ask, what is my total?? He looks at my containers and says $10 (no taxes??) So I pull out my debit card and he proceeds to tell me that their card reader is broken and until someone comes to fix the iPad they can't take cards. I have a few questions. Where is the signage explaining the sizes and prices? Why are the flavors not on all of the popcorn containers?? Why is there not a sign somewhere that explains that only cash will be taken? I was incredibly disappointed because I was really looking forward to patronizing this business. I can honestly say I will not return to this business. I have never seen anything quite like that before! Piss poor presentation and piss poor customer service.
