  An income tax and accounting firm unlike the competition. Highly highly recommend! Realizing that TurboTax was no longer giving me what I needed (specifically, I wanted to understand my taxes, not just file them), I went in search of a private accountant. But who to trust? So many storefronts, so many promises, how do you know you’re getting the best, most complete, most ethical service? My then-boyfriend had been using Paola and Rene for years so he suggested I meet them. Immediately upon doing so, I sensed I would be placing my financials into the hands of accountants who saw me not just as a customer, but as a human being with real questions and concerns. My taxes have changed a bit over the years I have been working with Chinea - I’ve changed jobs, had a kid, gotten married, bought a house, joined a business - and Rene has worked with me every step of the way to make sure we are getting the most out of our tax returns every year.

  A close friend of mine has been coming to this agency for a long time and recommended it to me. I had filed elsewhere last year and I was not happy with the agency I filed with (to say the least). Therefore, I decided follow my friend's advice and go to Paola Chinea Income Tax. From booking the appointment to filing my taxes this agency provided me with great service. They answered my questions in a very detailed and timely fashion, which allowed me to feel involved in the process. Also, they make the tax filing process quick. I will definitely be returning next year and I recommend that others go to this agency. Everyone in this firm is friendly so it feels like a good environment to be in.

  They definitely give a family feel. Paola is very friendly, talkative and super sweet. I am definitely coming to this place next tax season!! They were also very quick

  I found this firm thanks to a coworker of mine. Being this my first time here, I have to say first impression is key. Their staff greeted and welcomed me very nicely. I have to commend everyone in the office for their professionalism and willingness to help me with the countless questions I had throughout the tax process. Everyone in that firm are very knowledgeable in what they do. The fact that this firm is open all year is a HUGE PLUS. Most places I’ve been close after tax season ends and you’re left stranded and neglected, but that’s NOT the case with this firm. I would DEFINITELY recommend this firm to everyone!
