  Not favorite Panera, staff is kinda lazy and not attentive. Serve the food sloppy with no desire to work. Gave it two stars because at least part of the dining room was sorta clean. Bathrooms weren’t too tidy.

  Nice staff and clean place, felt rushed when i was ordering but other then that it was ok.

  Most of the time they get my order wrong even though it's simple stuff. Just follow the order. Made a complaint on Facebook and they reached out to me saying someone would contact me about my bad experiences in 2-3 days. That was 2/3 weeks ago and haven't heard from anyone. Poor customer service! Today I ordered a turkey sandwich and they literally only put TWO slices of turkey and one slice of cheese. I did not pay $10 for only two slices of meat. I asked for more because that's rediculous. And they gave me a soup that I didn't even order. That's pretty lucky but It wasn't a soup I liked so it got thrown out. A waste of food. If this wasn't so close to my school I wouldn't come here anymore.

  Not sure how this place stays in business. Every time we come there is another issue. Usually order at kiosk. Always wait forever. Then something always missing. Smoothie. Soufle or sandwich. Sign says "preparing" but then your name disappears. Pick up order when called. Where is this or that? Oh. Just be a second. Not worth the effort to get OK food. Plenty of other options around who would be more than happy to have my money. Never an apology. Just people behind counter asking "who did this order?" Local bagel shops 10x better and not a big franchise. And i didnt get my food yet

  Best run Panera Bread Cafe on Long Island. The staff is conscientious and efficient. Truly comfortable setting.
