  Wow! I have to say customer service is really awesome there! As busy as they were when I got there. I was a little disappointed when I got back to work and realized this was the wrong order 🙄 But, I see their sign asking if your order is not correct, to make sure they have the chance to do do. It was past 5pm and I haven't eaten all day. So, I was feeling hangry. Not rude of course to anyone. But, when I got back to work, I wanted to cry. I called and spoke with the Manager on duty. I beloved his name was Kurt or Kirk. Thank you kind sir! Thank you for re-making my order right and getting it to me promptly! It only took them not even 8 minutes to get my food to me! And thank you for the bonus cookie! APOLOGY ACCEPTED!! KUDOS PANERA!! 😁👌👏👏

  Great place to eat, chill, and relax. Cedric the manager even made his way around to check on guests. That was a really nice touch. Plus the iced tea is fantastic!

  The service here is a total exploitation and inexperienced hot mess. They are rude, unkind, and bumble about, haphazardly taking your order and not even offering rewards or offers. Total disappointment, and the saving grace of this place is the bagels, which aren't even always available. No, it isn't a recent problem, this customer service has been absolute S H I T for years. Sometimes I go in hopes of good service, but it seems that every year the service gets more deplorable.

  Customer service to the staff at this restaurant is great and forefront. The food is delicious and lovely. Will always be coming.

  You get 10 stars Panera Bread on my watch! Your manager Jennifer was awesome helping me choosing from the breakfast menu and I really enjoyed the egg white and spinach sandwich! 👌 aIso I’ll be stopping by more often now for a cup of your flavored tea, I love the green tea, great location very clean , comfortable and welcoming atmosphere! Definitely will add this place to a list of places to relax and enjoy breakfast or brunch. 🤤
