  This is the worst Panera Bread I’ve ever been to. I live right next to this location, literally a block away from this location. And I will choose to drive to a further Panera Bread, in order to avoid this location and it’s awful service. This location has not made our order correct once! We have ordered from here at least 10 times and not a single time have the gotten our order right! We usually do online orders so are unable to unwrap the sandwich every time and look. This location is filled with unqualified, lazy, and unprofessional, and uncaring teenagers! The worst quality and service I have ever experienced! And when we dine in, and bring the food back the counter to indicate their errors, we’re treated with bad attitude as if they haven’t done this every single time! Do yourself a favor and go next door to Firehouse subs, or go out of your way to the Southwest Plaza or Colorado Mills Panera bread for better, more attentive service.

  Busy place. Staff friendly and helpful. Food pretty consistently good. Take out too.

  Food was great - but - seemed to be a culture/morale issue. All the employees looked miserable to be there and not really super compliant with the manager barking orders. Might be time to sit down and chat things out - but I'll be back - good location and generally fast.
