  This Panera is one of the worst I've been to concerning customer service. I know that coming at 9 on a Saturday morning wasn't the best idea but they have some serious issues all the way up to the management. The manager on duty took my order and gave me a pager and told me to wait for it to buzz. Twenty minutes later I still had not gotten my order. I went to the window only to find out that my order had been sitting there for a long time and had gotten cold. They said they "called my number" but the pick up is a good 20+ feet from the seating and it was loud. I stayed for awhile to study and later ordered a coffee and bagel and the same thing happened. I had to go pick up my cold food from the window even though I was told they would page me. In my time there, this happened to several customers. They had other issues such as the self-service kiosks not working. But, instead of putting a sign on them and apologizing for the inconvenience, they just let people order on them who never got their food. Overall, poor management leads to issue with service as evident by my experience. I will not be returning to this Panera and will instead choose another.

  One of my favourite places to eat! Definitely my go to when I want smth quick, filling, and healthy! Definitely recommend

  Great atmosphere. We were there 5 hours in a family get together. It was fine! The food is always good
