  Panera is always a pretty good place to eat I feel like it’s been more pricey than the last times we have been here. This location is very busy and seems like it could use a little more room we were in at around noon and the bakery items were almost entirely gone which makes sense and our order was a few minutes delayed.

  Had a funeral. We got 4 different kinds of soups and Bagels. They gave us everything that we would have needed. It was very nice to have hot soup after the ceremony out in the snow and wind.

  My kid got horrible food poisoning after eating here. The soup was fine we both ate it and I had no issues. So it must have been from her sandwich, which she did say after she ate it that it tasted off. Poor kiddo is miserable. Definitely won't be eating here again anytime soon.

  There were 7 people in line waiting to order. The young woman at the register was doing a great job. However, the manager was leaning on the front counter on her phone and did not do anything to facilitate the situation. We decided to order online from our table. The order took 30 minutes and was incorrect. There was no ice in the soda machine. It was obvious the team was overwhelmed with orders, but the manager did not appear to be of any help to her team. She just told the girls on the register that all orders taken would be a 20 minute late. Very poor leadership.

  Everything that we ordered was correct .. zero complaints with the food and drinks ..but absolutely no hospitality or happiness with the staff in fact the entire staff seemed gloomy but the establishment was clean and are order came out in a timely fashion..keep up the hard work Panera Bread
