::Very disappointed when I placed a to go order and received the 1/2 order Napa Almond Chicken sandwich with about a tablespoon of the chicken. There is more tomato and lettuce than the chicken. This isn’t even close to a $9 sandwich. This is also the 2nd time this has happened. The first time I let it slide because they were so busy but come on!

::How does Panera Bread NEVER HAVE ANY BREAD?! Not to mention the fact, I ordered side of French baguette, they didn’t even tell me they were out, and just put chips in instead…no explanation. I’ll own not checking the bag…should’ve done that for sure…but come on guys. For the past couple of months when we go…no bread. I have an idea…MAKE MORE! If you are constantly getting orders when you are out, you shouldn’t have to worry about overhead or food costs as it is actually eating away at profits! You don’t have food waste…you have more demand than supply - it’s simple…fix it! Oh, and answer your phone!

::Panera bread is great for a quiet breakfast in the morning. From their multitude of bagels to their breakfast sandwiches, they have such a great assortment. I recommend you try the chocolate croissant. So good! Lunch is great with an assortment of sandwiches and soups. Everything they serve is high quality and delicious. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxed. I always leave Panera Bread refreshed and happy.

::Unfortunately, the experiences I keep having at this location are negative. Store is always dirty and staff is not friendly. Overall, I have never had a pleasant experience here. What I experienced today is why I’m writing this review. I came in after ordering online. It said my food was ready for me to pick up, but I still had to wait 10 minutes. While I was waiting for my food, the man packaging up the orders was extremely unfriendly. He was cussing under his breath and aggressively packaging up the food. He ended up just crumbling up my order and threw it to the side. And I mean… threw it. After all of that, my food wasn’t even good. I got the Baja Bowl, which is one of the warm bowls. When I got it, my rice and quinoa was hard and my chicken was freezing. Definitely not fresh. I paid almost $12 for something I couldn’t eat. And because I was on my break, I didn’t have time to get it fixed. (Picture: the state of the bag and receipt of my order.)

::I'm not really sure what to say other than very disappointed and I will never go back to this location again. I've been that many Panera's and this one is the worst I have ever been to. When it first opened it was up to franchise standards, now it feels more like a high school cafeteria. Very filthy, tables are not cleaned, the floors have food all over them. I approached the cashier about the cleanliness of the restaurant and she said oh sorry about that, we will get someone out there to clean it right away; several minutes later I saw her chit-chatting with her friends in the dining room, and nothing was being done, she was chatting with her friends for at least 10 to 15 minutes. We had to sit at a dirty table to eat. We were there for about 35 minutes after I first approached the cashier, nobody ever came out to clean anything. I then spoke to the manager who was apologetic but did not appear to be very concerned with the appearance of the restaurant or my disappointed. I think a lot of this has to do with the age of the employees and the clientele, all of which are either teenagers or in their early twenties, including the manager. I find it very disappointing to spend over $50 for a couple sandwiches and two sides and have to eat at a restaurant that is more like a high school cafeteria. This review isn't about the food of Panera rather than the location itself. The food that came out is the same as any other Panera restaurant which to me is just another mediocre sandwich shop with some better than average soups and macaroni and cheese.
