  Love Panera. The food is consistent (when they have what you want), fresh and tasty. I get "we ran out" too often. The staff is friendly.

  This is the worse Panera I have ever had the displeasure of entering. First of all there is very little customer service. After ordering my food I noted several issues. First, I ordered a pick two meal - soup and salad. I was given no spoon. Second, I ordered a drink, I was not given a cup for my drink. In both of these situations I had to go find them items myself. Third, in all of the confusion over my meal I did not notice that the person taking my order never gave me back my Panera Bread rewards card.

  The food is delicious and fresh, they just need to hire a new manager to introduce skills to improve the quality of service. 3-26-18 Update Such a great improvement; fast and friendly service. Thank you.

  Very good food. Fresh too! People working here are super friendly. Quiet and peaceful. Will definitely rest here again.

  This was first time I’ve eaten here and I loved it. The salad is fresh the soup is good and the staff is just overall great. They have a lot on the menu to choose from. They even have gluten-free options as well as vegan. That’s a big plus for me. I would recommend eating here to anyone. You won’t be disappointed.
